The Electronic Discovery Reference Model
Establishing guidelines. Setting standards.
The goal of the EDRM Code of Conduct Project is to develop voluntary ethical guidelines for providers and consumers concerning electronic discovery, akin to the guidelines under which attorneys, court personnel and the like operate.
Anticipated deliverables include:
- EDRM Model Code of Conduct
- Documentation
- Explanation of what adherence to the Code will look like in practice
- Webinars to discuss meaning and use of the Code
