2011-2012 EDRM Mid-Year Meeting Details

The EDRM mid-year working meeting (aka The October Meeting) is scheduled for October 19 and 20. The objective of this meeting is to bring together the EDRM working groups for face-to-face meetings to work through the issues and advance the efforts of each working group toward completion of working group objectives and deliverables.

Location: The Saint Paul Hotel, St. Paul, MN.

Agenda overview:

As we have done for previous meetings, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Saint Paul Hotel. For any guest wishing to make reservations, the Saint Paul Hotel can be reached at 1-800-292-9292. When making your reservations, please refer the “Gelbmann & Associates Room Block” to ensure you receive the best rate, or use corporate code 586986 when making reservations online to ensure the group rate ($174/night).

You will have until October 4 to make your reservation. The hotel is telling us that our dates in October are very busy, and they expect to sell out the hotel. We have a room block reserved, but we have to release unsold rooms on October 4 per our contract. If you’ve waited until the last minute in the past to book your room, you may not be so lucky this time. Please make your reservations soon!

We would also like to take this opportunity to recognize the significant level of progress already made by several project teams. It has been a busy year so far with earthquakes, hurricanes, M&A, heavy business workloads, yet many teams are making great progress. Thanks to all.
