| Metrics 2 Identification, Preservation and Collection Working Group |
| The mission of the Identification, Preservation and Collection workgroup is to explore how an organization can accurately track and control costs related to the various tasks required to complete each of these three separate and distinct electronic discovery phases. For each individual phase, the group will endeavor to create models which identify quantifiable performance elements for analysis of the three aforementioned stages. The established analytical models will be technology and process neutral. The final workgroup product should result in the creation of three separate matrices, each designed to address one of the specific phases of electronic discovery. |
