2.2.1.6. Collaboration Systems
Description:  Although collaboration systems can include all communication systems, they specifically address systems that are used to manage group activities and share live data that under revision. Such systems can be enterprise network applications, desktop applications and internet/intranet based. By their nature these systems will raise difficulties in resolving chain of custody and ownership issues. This includes wikis, web publishing, project management systems, electronic calendars, application sharing, social software and more.
