Description:  ESI generated from a legacy enterprise application such as financial systems, dynamic monitoring systems and more may not have a clear Custodian. The system may create, modify and destroy reports, bills, email, audits and more without any human interaction. As such, it functions as an Organizational Custodian and will need administrative or expert Custodians to identify, preserve, interpret and otherwise assist with the ESI.
