- A group of connected computers that allow people to share information and equipment (e.g. local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), metropolitan area network (MAN), storage area network (SAN), peer-to-peer network, client-server network).[1] [2]
- Multiple computers connected together so that they function as a multi-user system. A network may be a local area network (LAN) or a wide area network (WAN).[3]
- A group of computers or devices that is connected together for the exchange of data and sharing of resources.[4]
