• A specific word used to search a database.^[1]

• Words related to the case or specific issues, designated by the law firm and generally having their own field in the database.^[2]

• Used in bibliographical coding to indicate that each page in a collection must be reviewed for certain important words and wherever they occur the database must reference the page where they occur.^[3]
