Quality Control
- Any process used to check the accuracy and consistency of information coded into a database.[1]
- The process of ensuring the highest level of results in a given task. In document management processes, this includes image quality (resolution, skew, speckle, legibility); data quality (correct information in appropriate fields, validated data for dates, addresses, names/issues lists).[2]
