Dickinson Wright PLLC today celebrated the appointment of Scott A. Petz to the EDRM Global Advisory Council.

Scott A. Petz is a Member in the Firm’s Troy, Mich. office where he focuses his practice in the areas of commercial and business litigation, class and collective actions, labor litigation, consumer protection, and condemnation and land use. Scott, a Michigan eDiscovery leader, also co-authored the creation of the State Bar of Michigan’s publication, Civil Discovery: The Guidebook to the New Civil Discovery Rules, Effective January 1, 2020.
