The corporate website of Epiq Global is offline, as are the review platforms, like the Relativity instance Epiq supports. Bob Ambrogi, broke the story for his Lawsites blog. Bob reached out to Epiq to confirm.
Epiq engaged a third party forensics firm to investigate unauthorized activity on its site. An Epiq spokesperson reported:
Epiq has followed industry best practices in encrypting and protecting all data. At this time there is no evidence of any unauthorized transfer or misuse or exfiltration of any data in our possession.”
