  • Words related to the case or specific issues, designated by the law firm and generally having their own field in the database. 2
  • Used in bibliographical coding to indicate that each page in a collection must be reviewed for certain important words and wherever they occur the database must reference the page where they occur. 3
  • A word (or Search Term) that is used as part of a Query in a Keyword Search. 4
