Organizational Memberships

Types of Organizational Members

  • Providers, Law Firms, Businesses: A wide variety of professional organizations that develop, sell, consume, and want to learn more about e-discovery tools are members of EDRM.
  • ACEDS Affiliate Member Providers & Law Firms: ACEDS Affiliate Members may join EDRM at a discounted rate of $150 for individuals and $900 for organizations.
  • Observer Members: Entities such as academic institutions and nonprofit legal aid organizations that neither buy nor sell e-discovery or information governance services and/or software may join as observer organizations and gain limited access to EDRM benefits. If your organization sells e-discovery or information governance services or software or if it is a law firm, you should join as an organizational member.

Organizational Member Benefits

  • Unlimited number of people from organization may participate.
  • Organization may participate in one or more projects and/or initiatives.
  • Organization has access to member-only content. If you elect to pay by credit card when you join, you will receive an email payment confirmation that also will contain the link to download the Members-Only Micro Dataset.
  • Organization is listed on EDRM site as a member.
  • Organization may advertise and promote its membership in EDRM.
  • Organization receives benefits with the Duke Law Center for Judicial Studies; for a full listing of benefits, see our Join EDRM page.
  • All members are added to EDRM’s mailing list.
