EDRM Update – November 2014

EDRM Update\r\nIssue 15 – November 2014\r\n

Welcome to the November 2014 issue of EDRM Update!

\r\nFor our friends in the United States, we hope you enjoyed a nice Thanksgiving holiday and found much for which to give thanks this year.\r\n\r\nNovember was another busy month with EDRM webinars, as they continue to be a leading source of knowledge and insight sharing for our eDiscovery community. Among the webinars presented last month was the second in our series on the EDRM eDiscovery Maturity Self-Assessment Test (eMSAT-1). Introduced in September, eMSAT-1 is the first self-assessment resource to help organizations measure their e-discovery maturity. Our five-part webinar series provides guidance and tips on how to employ the eMSAT-1 for your organization. The first two webinars, as with all EDRM webinars, are recorded and available for viewing on the Webinars page of the EDRM website.\r\n\r\nBe sure to join us for more upcoming webinars. To learn how your company can sponsor a webinar or take advantage of other marketing opportunities offered by EDRM, visit our website.\r\n\r\nRegards,\r\n\r\nGeorge Socha & Tom Gelbmann\r\n\r\nTo receive the newsletter, subscribe to our list\r\n[contentblock id=1344]\r\n\r\n[toc]\r\n\r\n

Ideas become discussions, which mature into projects that help shape best practices in our industry. Being a part of this is both challenging and rewarding. EDRM supports collaboration between many different groups who work in the eDiscovery field, which benefits and motivates each one of us to contribute, push the boundaries on expectations and improve our knowledge base and skill set. I’m very excited to share new ideas and continue to work with both the Maturity Model and Processing Standards working groups.\r\n\r\n
